the University of Phoenix. The seminars are now available as in-house

Programs include the following formats:
- Keynote speeches (30-90 minutes)
- Executive Briefings in the topic area (usually 2-3 hours)
- Skill building programs (usually 1-2 days)
- Skill building + Implementation: up to 5 day program that
simultaneously trains the group as they make real life
implementation decisions. This includes follow-up Coaching.
