Leadership training and management seminars

Following is a list of keynotes and seminars offered by Competitive Edge. Many of these seminars have been done through the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the California CPA Society as well as a dozen other professional organizations, the University of San Francisco and the University of Phoenix. The seminars are now available as in-house programs that can be customized through Competitive Edge. We customize the training programs to your organization so that typical case studies and vocabulary are part of the training.  Programs include the following formats:

  • Keynote speeches  (30-90 minutes)
  • Executive Briefings in the topic area (usually 2-3 hours)
  • Skill building programs (usually 1-2 days)
  • Skill building + Implementation: up to 5 day program that simultaneously trains the group as they make real life implementation decisions. This includes follow-up Coaching.
