About us
Competitive Edge's mission is to help organizations "go
for the gold" through excellence in customer satisfaction, strategic

use "best practices" developed and borrowed with industry leaders over a
period of 15 years. The model that underlies most of the best practices
is based on the Baldrige Award.

well as utilities, health care, non-profit, government organizations and

Dr. Sheila Kessler (see bio) is the President. We have 22 associates with
specialties in various industries and functions. We have done
